A Heavenly Delight ticket.
Heavenly Delights are services provided by the Believers for the Neons; they are available to any Neon with the correct currency - Heavenly Delight tickets. Neon White can obtain them from Gabby for hitting a certain Neon Rank and becoming eligible for a new mission from Mikey. Often, White is paired up with other top-ranking Neons for these Delights.
There are ten Heavenly Delights, each costing one Heavenly Delight ticket - White will obtain ten over the course of the story, so there is no need to hoard them, and spend them as you use them!
Heavenly Delights (in order)[]
Ice cream[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Yellow; the two enjoy ice cream together in the Believer's Park, though White is let down by the disappointment of going through an entire mission just for ice cream.
Movie night[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Mikey, and they watch The Matrix together; however, Mikey keeps talking through the movie, repeatedly asking White what's going on in the movie.
Karaoke[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Violet, and they sing songs by The Smashing Pumpkins and My Chemical Romance among possible others (Bullet with Butterfly Wings and Welcome to the Black Parade respectively) in the Neon Bar after Violet tells White he is not allowed to choose black metal.
Spa day[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is not paired with anyone, but turns up at the spa and encounters Gabby, who tells him she'd prefer them both to sit in silence, which they do.
Making friendship bracelets[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Green, and the two are made to make friendship bracelets together.
Mining for gems[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Red, and the two go mining; however, the gems they obtain are confiscated by the Believers, who tell them the delight was the "mining experience", and that the gems belong to the Believers.
BBQ[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Green, and is made to eat the burgers Green makes whether he likes it or not.
Beach day[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is paired with Neon Violet and Neon Red, and has a day at the beach, in which Violet attempts to blow up Red, but fails, though nobody seems to mind.
Baseball[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White attends a baseball game with the Believers; however, he was under the impression it was a game of baseball, and hates watching sports, preferring to participate.
Heavenly Katana[]
For this Heavenly Delight, White is excited to finally obtain the sword he's been waiting for for so long; however, it's just a katana keychain.
Completing this unlocks the Lousy Katana achievement.
