Raz is one of the Angels managing Heaven in Neon White; His preferred gift is a Lucky Cat Statue.

Role[]

Raz works in Heaven as the owner of a bar for Neons, the Neon Bar, which he also tends.

His role is mostly in side content, though he does patch up Neon Red in Chapter 11 after her expedition to The Third Temple, as well as facilitating God's return in Chapter 12 along with Mikey.

He has a very outwardly emotional and caring nature; he takes pride in his status as proprietor of the Neon Bar, as well as listening to the stories and troubles of the many Neons that frequent it. He often goes above and beyond to make sure those Neons enjoy their ten days in Heaven each Ten Days of Judgement, and as a self-proclaimed fanboy, confesses that he misses them after the end of the competition.
