Soul Cards are a key gameplay mechanic of Neon White.
Using Soul Cards[]
Soul Cards effectively serve as limited-use weapons that can be used to perform powerful attacks. They can also be discarded to activate a special movement ability such as a horizontal dash, a double jump, or a stomp. Combining Soul Cards use may allow the use of massive shortcuts. Take note that the ammo listed here is the default value; some cards in certain levels may have lower than listed values when collected to ensure reasonable progression, and ammo can also be increased by collecting an ammo card.
Acquiring Soul Cards[]
New Soul Cards will be revealed by defeating demons, finding them in treasure chests, obtaining them from vending machines, or just picking them up off the ground.
